    10 minuti di stretching<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Per evitare l\u2019insorgenza di traumi, come stiramenti o fasciti plantari, prima della corsa \u00e8 necessario eseguire esercizi di stretching dinamico. Dopo la corsa, invece, esercizi di stretching statico.<\/p>\n

      Esercizi di core stability<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Eseguire esercizi di core stability aiuta a rafforzare la muscolatura dell\u2019addome e a stabilizzare il centro del nostro corpo (core), permettendo agli arti di muoversi con pi\u00f9 efficacia e forza.<\/p>\n

        Scegliere la calzatura corretta<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Scegliere confortevoli calzature da running, che aiutino a correggere i difetti di appoggio, \u00e8 essenziale per evitare traumi durante la corsa. Ricorda: \u00e8 consigliato sostituire le scarpe da running dopo \u00a0aver percorso circa 650\/800 km<\/p>\n
